Information for AmeriHealth Caritas Louisiana members
If you need to leave your home during an emergency
It is possible that you may need to evacuate or leave your home during a weather emergency. If you must leave, we encourage you to take:
- Your medications or medical devices.
- Your AmeriHealth Caritas Louisiana member ID card.
- Government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or military ID.
This will help you be able to quickly access health care services while you are away from your home.
