How to get mental health or substance use services
If you think you need mental health or substance use services, talk to your mental health and substance use provider or your primary care provider (PCP). That's the best place to start. Tell them how you feel. Ask about mental health and substance use providers who can help.

If you are in a non-life-threatening behavioral health crisis, call our Mental Health and Substance Use Crisis Hotline at 1-844-211-0971. If your crisis is life-threatening or an emergency, call 911.
