If an AmeriHealth Caritas Louisiana member presents or sends in a prescription to your pharmacy:

• Use the current ID card for member information. The member ID numbers will not change.
• Use BIN #025986, Processor Control #1214172240, and include Group #LAMCOPBM to process the claim.
• Call Magellan Medicaid Administration at 1-800-424-1664 if you have any questions or problems.
