Why is AmeriHealth Caritas Louisiana asking for my race, ethnicity and language?

At AmeriHealth Caritas Louisiana, we're here to serve you. We want to make sure that all of our members get the best care possible. When you sign up with AmeriHealth Caritas Louisiana, you may be asked to share your race, ethnicity (cultural background), and preferred written and spoken language. You do not have to answer these questions. But if you do, your answers will help us to serve you better. The more we learn about you, the more we can help you get the care you need.

Your information will stay private. We will only share it with your doctor and other health care providers. We will never use this information to decide your benefits.
